Joint venture development of a purpose-built suburban tavern that will anchor the $30 million Windmill Hill Town Centre, a mixed-use precinct incorporating an IGA supermarket, specialty retail, medical and childcare. Designed by Caswell Group, the tavern will feature family dining, a sports bar, gaming, outdoor areas and a drive-through bottle shop, serving Tamworth’s rapidly growing north-west corridor.
