Last month, members of our South Australian team from The Crown Inn and Brahma Lodge Hotel joined the state’s hotel industry at the 2026 AHA|SA Hotel Industry Awards for Excellence gala dinner at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
Harvest was named a finalist across five categories this year:
- The Crown Inn: Bar Presentation & Experience
- The Crown Inn: Redeveloped Hotel
- The Crown Inn: Gaming Venue
- Brahma Lodge Hotel: Gaming Venue
- Bivek Prasain, SA Group Head Chef: Chef of the Year
While we didn’t take home an award on the night, it was a great opportunity to celebrate the hard work of our South Australian teams. The Crown Inn’s three nominations followed its $2 million redevelopment and relaunch earlier this year, recognising the enormous team effort behind the transformation. We were equally proud to see Bivek Prasain recognised as a finalist for Chef of the Year. Since joining Harvest in 2022, Bivek has played an important role in shaping the food offering across our South Australian pubs, championing great pub food done properly.
Congratulations to all of this year’s winners. The standard of this year’s finalists is a reminder of how strong South Australia’s pub scene is.
