Harvest’s fourth investment vehicle, the Harvest Hospitality Income Fund (HHIF), is designed to deliver consistent, sustainable cash distributions, with capital growth over the medium term. It provides both retail and wholesale investors access to Harvest’s active management and its disciplined investment management expertise across a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets.

Vilija Robinson
Head of Investor Relations
Vilija has 10 years of experience in funds management, most recently at Palisade Investment Partners where she was a member of the infrastructure and impact investment teams. Her role included acquisitions and management of investments across a range of sectors and companies. She also has funds management experience at the portfolio level, including across governance, sustainability and investor relations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Business Laws from the University of Sydney and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Frequently Asked Questions
For retail investors, the minimum commitment amount is $10,000. For wholesale investors, the minimum commitment amount is $50,000.
The Fund is targeting a distribution yield of 6-8% per annum and a total return (IRR) of 10-12%* over the medium to long-term (5 years).

The Responsible Entity intends to pay distributions quarterly.

Investors are also able to use the Fund Website to keep track of the Stapled Unit Price, current information on the investments and other important information about the Fund, such as the RG 46 disclosures.
