Harvest Hospitality is providing wholesale and retail investors the opportunity to access regular income generation by connecting them with expertly operated hospitality assets through the launch of its latest investment vehicle – Harvest Hospitality Income Fund (HHIF).
Now accepting applications, HHIF is an open-ended fund designed to deliver consistent, sustainable cash distributions with capital growth over the medium term. Leveraging Harvest’s operational platform, investments will be made in freehold going concern, leasehold-only and freehold-only hospitality venues.
Harvest Hospitality Group CEO and Co-founder, Chris Cornforth said: “The launch of the Harvest Hospitality Income Fund is a significant step in broadening our investment offering while staying true to our core business – operating pubs. By combining active operational management with disciplined investment management, we’re connecting investors seeking regular income, to a sector that we believe continues to demonstrate resilience and long-term value.
“Harvest has grown significantly over the past decade, and this fund represents the next stage in our evolution – strengthening our position as a leading hospitality investment manager and continuing to create experiences that add value to our people, patrons and investors.”
HHIF is targeting $500 million in assets under management over the medium term with a target distribution yield of 6 – 8% per annum (post fees) and an IRR target of 10 – 12% per annum (post fees). Distributions will be paid quarterly, and the fund will offer capped withdrawal facilities and periodic liquidity events.
This marks the first investment offering from Harvest available to retail investors via our responsible entity.
Harvest Executive Director Mark Pratt, who joined the business last year and brings more than 30 years of experience in funds and investment management, said:
“The Harvest Hospitality Income Fund is a well-structured investment vehicle designed to meet the growing demand and interest in the sector. When operated effectively, these venues have proven to be attractive, profitable, and highly engaging assets — and let’s be honest, who wouldn’t want to invest in a great pub?
“Harvest’s strong track record and disciplined management approach give us confidence that this opportunity will appeal to both wholesale and retail investors seeking stable, income-generating exposure to a resilient asset class.
